For twenty years, I built global companies while trying to keep up with the rest of life, too. Big meetings, late nights, and last-minute flights. School drop-offs and long dinners. A closet full of clothes, and somehow, still nothing that made getting dressed feel easy.
I kept thinking: women carry enough. What if the things we bought actually asked less of us?
That became NEON PALM.
We started with one of the first decisions we make every morning: what to wear. And we spent a year making one piece that could move through an entire day without asking you to change, adjust, or think too hard about it. Five sizes. Three lengths. Deep pockets. Machine washable. Made for real life and all the beautiful messy bits.
We called her The Ginger, after my mom, Virginia.
She taught me to show up, do the work, and make my own way. She was strong, steady, and the softest place I’ve ever known. The kind of person everyone could count on, and who made you feel capable of anything.
And that became the point. The whole point.
I wanted to build something women everywhere could count on, the way the world counts on them.
