01 How does The Ginger jumpsuit fit?
The Ginger is designed for a close, polished fit through the shoulders and upper body, a defined waist, and an easy straight leg.
The substantial stretch crepe has enough structure to hold its shape while still giving you room to move. We recommend starting with your usual size. If you’re between sizes, fuller through the hips, or prefer a little more room through the waist and hips, we recommend sizing up.

02 What size should I order in The Ginger?
We recommend starting with your usual size in The Ginger.
The Ginger is available in sizes XS–XL and is designed to fit close through the upper body and waist with stretch throughout. If you’re between sizes, fuller through the hips, or simply prefer a little more ease through the waist and hips, we recommend choosing the larger size.

03 What length should I choose?
The Ginger comes in three inseam lengths: Petite (25.5"), Regular (27.5"), and Long (29.5"), so you can choose a length based on your height and proportions.
As a general starting point:
Petite: 5'1" and under
Regular: 5'2"–5'6"
Long: 5'7" and up
Height is only a guide. Your proportions, preferred pant length, and the shoes you plan to wear with The Ginger can all affect which length feels best.

The Ginger is made from a substantial stretch crepe: 70% viscose, 27% nylon, and 3% spandex.
We chose the fabric to give The Ginger the structure of a polished outfit with the stretch and comfort you want from something you’ll wear all day. It has enough weight to hold its shape beautifully, while still allowing you to sit, walk, travel, work, and move comfortably.
It’s also wrinkle-resistant and designed to be worn again and again.
05 Does The Ginger have pockets?
Yes. The Ginger has two deep side pockets.
They’re designed to be genuinely useful while sitting cleanly within the silhouette of the jumpsuit. Phone, keys, lipstick, hands when you don’t know what else to do with them. You get the idea.
Because we firmly believe women deserve real pockets.
06 Is The Ginger machine washable?
Yes. The Ginger is machine washable and designed to be easy to care for at home.
One of our goals was to create a polished piece that didn’t require a trip to the dry cleaner every time you wore it. Follow the care instructions included with your garment for the best results and to help keep your Ginger looking beautiful over time.
07 Where is The Ginger made?
The Ginger is made in Portugal.
We worked with an experienced European manufacturing partner to produce the substantial stretch-crepe construction, structured fit, and finishing we wanted for our first NEON PALM piece.
Everything we make has to earn its place in your closet, and that starts with how it’s made.
08 What if I order the wrong size or length?
If your Ginger isn’t quite right, we offer one complimentary size or length exchange per order, subject to availability.
You can also request a return on eligible items within 30 days of delivery. Standard returns have a $5 return shipping fee, deducted from your refund, and original shipping charges are non-refundable.

09 How much is shipping, and where does NEON PALM ship?
NEON PALM offers $10 flat-rate shipping on all U.S. orders.
At launch, we ship within the United States only. We hope to expand international shipping in the future.
Once your order is on its way, you’ll receive tracking information so you can follow your Ginger home.
10 What should I keep in mind when my Ginger arrives?
Your Ginger has been folded for her journey to you, so a few wrinkles when she first arrives are completely normal. Hang her up and give the fabric a little time to relax. The substantial stretch crepe releases wrinkles beautifully with wear.
You may also notice a little resistance in the hidden back zipper where it crosses the waistband. This is normal. The waistband creates a thicker point for the invisible zipper to pass through, so use a firm, steady pull while holding the fabric close to the zipper.
Then put her on, add shoes, and go.
